GOOD TO KNOW
Before you place
your order.
Answers to common questions about our products, order process, materials and care.
How do I place an order?
Add your chosen product to the bag, open the bag and complete the customer details. Continue to WhatsApp to review the prepared message, then press Send. Cosmocutu confirms availability, shipping charges and payment details through that conversation. An order is not placed just by submitting the website form.
Is payment taken on this website?
No. This version of the website does not process online payments. The order is confirmed manually on WhatsApp, where payment options and final details are discussed before you pay.
Are the product images exact photographs?
Product imagery is for visual guidance, and natural stones can vary in colour, surface pattern and inclusions. Message us on WhatsApp to request current photographs and confirm material details before ordering.
Are gemstone meanings guaranteed?
No. Symbolic associations vary by tradition and personal belief. Our editorial guides discuss these meanings as cultural context, not guaranteed outcomes or medical claims.
Can I request a different size or a custom bracelet?
Contact us through the contact form and describe the style or fit you need. We will confirm what is possible before you place an order.
What are your shipping and return conditions?
Current dispatch timelines, shipping charges and applicable return or exchange terms must be confirmed before payment. See the shipping & returns page for the information this storefront is designed to communicate, and ask us if a detail is missing.
How should I care for a bracelet?
Keep jewellery away from harsh chemicals and impacts, store pieces separately and remove them before bathing or swimming. Care depends on the stone and finish, so follow any material-specific instructions given for the exact product.
